Made with organic Chinese green tea (Mao Feng Hua Hai & Sencha), locally foraged rhubarb and elderflowers from the meadows and gardens of Viscri. Slowly infused after primary fermentation to preserve their delicate floral aromas and fresh, lightly tart character.
