May marked the beginning of summer. The light stretched into the evening, the air felt warmer, and the city slowly shifted into a different rhythm. We returned to the table with a selection of beers from Spain, Romania, Czech Republic and Belgium.

April settled into spring with more certainty. The light was warmer, the days longer, and the rhythm lighter.

This tasting followed that shift: beers that felt more open and expressive, layered yet precise, meant to be explored slowly, in conversation.

March carried a sense of transition, longer days, lighter air, a shift in rhythm.  On this evening we explored a lineup with beers chosen to impress. A voyage from Estonia, to United States, Belgium and Ireland.

19.02.2026

After Valentine’s Day, before Dragobete, and without much need for labels. The lineup leaned into character and balance, beers chosen for how they drank rather than how much they tried to impress. A relaxed evening made for tasting and conversation.

22.01.2026

January invited a slower pace, and this tasting became a moment to reconnect. The beer selection moved through a crisp lager, a classic American pale ale, a layered sour, a traditional gueuze, and a barrel-aged imperial stout, styles explored slowly, with space for conversation and discovery.

10.12.2025

As winter wraps the city in crisp air, we gathered to warm ourselves not just with beer, but with stories, fellowship, and bold flavour. The selection this time was for the strong-hearted: styles that build up, comfort and linger.

Our October voyage explored patience and transformation in brewing, from Estonia's birch-infused Põhjala Kask to Poland's revived Pinta à la Grodziskie (the "Champagne of Poland"). Bulgaria's Overflow IPA showcased Eastern Europe's hazy hop mastery, while Belgium's Lindemans Cuvée René revealed spontaneous fermentation magic. We concluded with Romania's One Beer Later Four Years Rivesaltes Barrel Barley Wine, aged patiently in French fortified wine barrels at the foot of the Carpathians.
