Physical Products Return Policy

All physical products can be returned within 14 days, as per Romania's legal regulations, if you change your mind and no longer wish to keep your order. However, to ensure the quality and safety of food and beverage products, we kindly ask you to initiate the return process as soon as possible after delivery.

Please note that beverages and food products require proper storage at specific temperatures to maintain their integrity. Delays in returning these items may result in damage, which could render them non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and free of visible signs of wear (for clothing items)

- food and beverages must be returned in proper condition, having been stored as instructed.

If the product was delivered damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure a proces-verbal is created with the courier at the time of delivery.
  2. Take photos of the damaged package immediately upon receipt.
  3. Contact us with details and evidence so we can promptly address the issue.

By adhering to these guidelines, we aim to provide a smooth and fair return process for all customers while preserving the quality of our products.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction, and refunds are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:

1. Refund for Physical Products

- If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a refund for the value of the product only.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.

- Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned product in acceptable condition.

2. Refund for Damaged or Defective Items

- If your product arrives damaged or defective, you do not need to return it. Instead, provide:

    • A proces-verbal from the courier at delivery.
    • Photos of the damaged product and packaging. 

- Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or a replacement based on your preference.

3. Refund for Tasting Event Tickets

- A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 4 days before the event date.

- Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event are non-refundable due to the preparation of personalized portions and beer selections.

4. Refund Exclusions

- Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Food, beverages, or perishable items returned in damaged or improper condition due to poor storage.
    • Event tickets canceled less than 4 days before the scheduled date.

- For products returned in a damaged or incomplete state (e.g., worn packaging, missing documents), we reserve the right to deduct a restoration fee or reject the refund request.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

All the refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval, and the credited amount will be returned to the original payment method used during the purchase. Alternatively, you may provide us with a new bank account for the transfer, should you prefer a different method.
