1. Introduction

Welcome to Craft Beer Voyage S.R.L.! By using our website (www.craftbeervoyage.com) /  (www.craftbeervoyage.ro)and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transactions.

2. Order and Contract Formation

Placing an order on our website constitutes your agreement to purchase products and services under these Terms of Service. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an email from Craft Beer Voyage S.R.L., at which point a binding contract is formed.

3. Payment Methods

We accept payments via card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer. All payment details are securely processed. Prices include VAT, and payment confirmation will be sent via email.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is available exclusively within Romania. Temperature-sensitive products, such as beverages and food, are delivered under appropriate conditions. Shipping times are outlined at checkout and may vary during peak periods.

5. Returns and Refunds

Products can be returned within 14 days if they meet our Return Policy requirements. Tickets for tasting events are non-refundable unless canceled at least 4 days prior to the event. For full details, refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, logos, and multimedia, is the exclusive property of Craft Beer Voyage S.R.L. Reproduction or distribution of this content without prior written consent is prohibited.
