American Pale Ale

An old-school American Pale Ale done right. Balanced bitterness, bright hop aroma, and excellent drinkability. Brewed as a tribute to simplicity.

Oude Gueuze Tilquin à l’Ancienne (2022–2023) | Gueuzerie Tilquin
Gueuze (Spontaneous Fermentation)
7% ABV | Belgium
A classic blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics aged in oak barrels. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bottle-conditioned. Tilquin is the first gueuze blendery in Wallonia, known for its precision, patience, and respect for traditional spontaneous fermentation.

Imperial Stout (Barrel Aged)
13.4% ABV | Estonia / Norway
A colossal rye whisky barrel-aged imperial stout brewed with vanilla pods and coconut sugar. Full-bodied and intense, with layers of roasted coffee, dark toffee, coconut, and warming rye whisky. A decadent, dessert-like beer that closes the tasting with depth and richness.
