As autumn settles in, we seek warmth in gathered moments and shared stories. This November tasting journeys across Europe's brewing landscape, from Estonia's innovative family breweries to Italy's wild fermentation cellars, Sweden's experimental spirit to Romania's playful creativity.

LINEUP

Tuletorn Mosaic Pils (Estonia) Pilsner with Mosaic Hops | 5.1% ABV From Tallinn's newest family brewery (opened 2024), this isn't your typical pilsner. Mosaic hops bring unexpected tropical and stone fruit notes to this crisp, refreshing lager.

Omnipollo Levon (Sweden) Belgian Pale Ale | 6.5% ABV Created by renowned brewery Omnipollo, Levon uses champagne yeast for a uniquely dry, effervescent character.

Matcha Mochi Tamagotchi (Romania) Smoothie Sour Ale | 6% ABV Hop Hooligans' playful collaboration with Van Moll and Maktoob! Inspired by Japanese mochi ice cream, this vibrant green smoothie sour features massive amounts of peach and mango purée topped with matcha ice cream powder.

Cuvée de Zrisa from Ca' del Brado (Italy) | Sour fruited 7.8% | From the rolling hills near Bologna, Ca' del Brado represents Italy's unique contribution to craft beer—the marriage of brewing and winemaking traditions. Sour ale with cherries added, a mix of two varieties from Vignola: "duroni". 100% fermented by Brettanomyces Bruxellensis and aged in oak barrels.

Baltic Porter Day 2025 (Estonia - Põhjala) Imperial Baltic Porter | 11% ABV Our grand finale! Every January, Baltic breweries celebrate Baltic Porter Day by releasing special versions of this historic style. Põhjala's 2025 edition features bison grass, adding herbaceous notes to intensely roasty chocolate flavors. Rich, warming, and wonderfully complex, perfect for those cozy autumn evenings.
